At Digital Effect, we offer downloadable digital products such as STL, DXF, TAP files and tutorials. Please read this Return Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we allow returns in the following condition:

• You are not satisfied with the file and
• You purchased the product by mistake

In such a case, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will verify your request and may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after download.
• The file was downloaded and used.
• You failed to review the product description or compatibility before purchase.

3. File Issues or Errors

If you receive a corrupted file, a wrong file, or the download link doesn’t work, please contact us. We will fix the issue and re-send the correct file or link without any extra charge.

4. Important Notice

Before purchasing, please ensure:

• You have read the product description thoroughly.
• Your software or CNC machine supports the file format (STL, DXF, TAP, etc.).
• You provide a valid email address (if files are delivered via email).
